How to operate a bread machine
1. Clean the bread bucket of the bread machine until it is clean. Take the bread bucket out of the bread machine and pour in the stirred water, milk or eggs and other liquids to prepare the dough.
2. You can choose according to your taste. If you want to make salty bread, add salt to one corner of the bread bucket. If you like sweet bread, add sugar to the other corner of the bread bucket.
3. After adding the seasoning, pour the flour into it and cover the water surface with flour.
4. Don't rush to stir it. Dig a small hole in the flour and pour in the yeast powder. Don't forget to ferment it, otherwise it will affect the making of bread.
5. After everything is ready, install the bread bucket on the bread machine and connect it to the power supply.
6. Select the program and use it according to the program of each different bread machine. Select the corresponding dough rising program, so that you can wait for the dough to rise. Press the start button, the bread machine starts kneading the dough, and the bread making program officially begins.
7. The bread machine will stop automatically after stirring for a period of time. At this time, press and hold the "Start/Stop" button for three seconds to end this program. Otherwise the dough will start to ferment.
8. After mixing, add softened butter and repeat the "dough fermentation" procedure again until the dough reaches the expanded state.
9. Some bread machines have special functions, such as the reservation function, etc., in which you can add sesame seeds, pine nuts or raisins and other auxiliary ingredients, depending on the bread machine.
